Warranties, Installation, Returns & Shipping Information

Business Interiors works with only the most reputable manufacturers, shippers and certified installers. Each manufacturer we select undergoes a rigorous selection process to maintain the highest quality of merchandise, judged for fit and finish, style, durability and warranty. Written manufacturer warranties for each item are available upon request. Our installers are selected for their timely damage-free delivery track record, courtesy and care for you, your employees, and your environment.

All prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. All quotes are good for thirty days. Prices are subject to change. Shipping charges are not included and are added to your quote in your shopping cart. Installation services are available as an option for casegoods and systems furniture. On rare occasions merchandise becomes damaged during shipping. It is imperative that you check your packages immediately and report any issues so we may work to resolve them promptly. Keep your packaging and provide us with photographs of the damages to your merchandise and the packaging along with your prompt notification. We will work to replace damaged merchandise immediately.

No orders may be cancelled after order placement. Once a product is received and accepted, it is non-refundable. Concealed damaged must be returned in the original carton within 30 days. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Business Interiors reserves the right to send replacement parts.

Although Business Interiors has made every effort to display products and their colors as accurately as possible, the colors displayed will depend on the user's monitor and we can't guarantee the users monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. We recommend obtaining finish samples and fabric swatches to ensure that your choices meet your expectations. Swatches and finish samples will be provided upon request at no charge subject to availability.
