Shipping charges are not included and are added to your quote in your shopping cart. Installation services are available as an option for casegoods and systems furniture.
On rare occasions merchandise becomes damaged during shipping. It is imperative that you check your packages immediately and report any issues so we may work to resolve them promptly.
Keep your packaging and provide us with photographs of the damages to your merchandise and the packaging along with your prompt notification. We will work to replace damaged merchandise immediately.
