At MyBusinessInteriors, customer satisfaction is our Number One priority.
We have a no-questions-asked return policy that guarantees that you can return or exchange purchased furniture without question within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions.
- All returned items must have a return authorization number.
You can obtain a return authorization number by calling 866-876-4442.
- All returned products will be only accepted in their original condition, original boxes and unassembled.
- Customized furniture, office cubicles, or one of kind items that require office design service are special order and not refundable.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee is waved, however, if there is an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping costs, however, will not be waived.
