At MyBusinessInteriors, customer satisfaction is our Number One priority. We have a no-question-asked return policy that guarantees that you can return or exchange purchased furniture without question within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions.
1. All returned items should have a return authorization number. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling 866-876-4442.
2. All returned products will be only accepted in their original boxes and should be unassembled.
3. Customized furniture or office cubicles that require office design service are not refundable.
4. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
5. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waved, however, if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater value. Shipping costs, however, will not be waived.
